Our advanced passive exoskeleton is designed to reduce the strain placed on the human body when lifting, carrying and stabilising heavy loads or operating weighty power tools. By mechanically offloading part of the forces acting on the spine and lower limbs, it helps reduce fatigue and the risk of injury, while enabling workers to maintain higher performance over a full shift. The system requires no external power source, is lightweight, and can be combined with task-specific manipulators or tool attachments – both passive and active – to fit different job profiles and sectors (e.g. construction, logistics, manufacturing, maintenance).
The current prototype is at TRL 6, validated in relevant operational environments. Our next milestones include conducting structured proof-of-concept pilots with industrial partners, refining ergonomics and adjustability across different body types and use cases, and preparing for certification and industrialising the exoskeleton into a market-ready product. We are seeking partners interested in reducing workplace injuries, improving productivity and co-creating practical deployment scenarios on real worksites.
