As the CEO and Technology Transfer Specialist at INTECH PK Sp. z o.o., the special-purpose vehicle of the Cracow University of Technology, I lead innovation-focused R&D initiatives that bridge academic expertise with real-world technological applications. I have co-founded seven start-ups within the Cracow University of Technology, supporting the growth of an entrepreneurial academic environment. I am passionate about pioneering solutions, building strong innovation ecosystems, and transforming research into market-ready products.

My journey in business began early—at age 20, I launched and successfully commercialized my first company. With over 30 years of experience in management, strategic planning, and sales, I have held senior leadership roles in capital companies operating across both domestic and international markets.

I am a graduate of the Jagiellonian University, the Cracow University of Technology, the University of Agriculture in Kraków, and Stanford University.
