Monika is an experienced executive, advisor, and mentor with a strong background in the life science, biotech, medtech, and manufacturing sectors. Her career includes serving as Managing Director of Croda Central Europe, where she led strategic growth initiatives, oversaw daily operations, and strengthened the company’s position as an innovation-driven leader.
Currently, as Managing Partner at ExecMind, she actively supports startups and scaleups, working with founders on business development, building highly skilled teams, developing scaling strategies, and expanding into international markets. As an expert, she contributes to acceleration programs and evaluates pitching sessions, providing strategic guidance to early-stage companies.
Her experience includes close collaboration with Venture Capital funds and private investors, preparing companies for fundraising rounds, and supporting due diligence processes. She has also advised startups and research teams on the commercialisation of biotech, medtech, and diagnostic innovations, including entry into global markets.
Since 2015, she has run a coaching practice, working directly with startup founders, management teams, and executives to deliver coaching, mentoring, and strategic advisory services for SMEs and publicly listed companies. Her work focuses on empowering leaders, accelerating technological innovation, and supporting companies on their path to sustainable growth, investment readiness and commercialisation.
