My name is Roksana Rakoczy-Lelek, and I am a biotechnologist working in the Research and Development Department at INTERMAG. In my work, I focus on testing agrochemical products on plants, particularly fertilizers and biostimulants, including those based on beneficial microorganisms and trace elements. Our goal is to support plant health, increase stress resilience, and contribute to sustainable food production. Through the development of innovative agricultural solutions, we aim to improve the quality and functionality of food while promoting environmentally responsible farming practices.
